Store Policies

We have a 14-day return policy for Jewelry, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at jewelrycouture@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 390 S Mills Rd, Ventura, CA 93003

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Due to the exclusive nature and high value of our designer handbags, all sales on these items are final. We take great care in authenticating and accurately describing each handbag to ensure full transparency before purchase. If you have any questions about a specific item, we encourage you to contact us before making a purchase. Exceptions may only be considered in the case of a verified authenticity concern or a significant discrepancy from the product description. Thank you for your understanding and for shopping with confidence in our curated luxury collection.

To be eligible for any exception, the handbag must be returned with the original Jewelry Couture security tag still attached and untampered. Once the security tag has been removed, altered, or damaged, the item is no longer eligible for return under any circumstances.

Please do not remove the security tag until you are completely certain you will be keeping the item. The tag is your assurance that the handbag remains eligible for review should an approved exception apply.

Made-to-Order & Personalized Jewelry

Some designer jewelry pieces are custom-made, personalized, or uniquely crafted for each client. These items will be clearly marked in the product description as “Made to Order.”

Made-to-order pieces may take approximately 3 to 6 weeks to complete before shipping, depending on the designer and level of customization.

We strongly encourage customers to review the product description carefully prior to purchase to understand estimated production and shipping timelines.

Designer Brand Availability Notice
For designer brands including Gabriel & Co., Verragio, Simon G., and Tacori:

• If the product title includes “In-Store”, the item is currently in stock and will ship same day or next business day.

• If “In-Store” is not indicated, please refer to the product description for production and shipping timelines, as the piece may be made to order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected.

We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders. Free shipping applies to our regular ground shipping service.

For customers who prefer expedited delivery, we also offer additional shipping options at checkout, including services such as 2-Day Shipping and other upgraded delivery methods. The cost for expedited shipping will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

You will be able to review and select your preferred shipping option and see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your item is ready to ship, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package in real time.

Please allow a short processing period after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking updates to become active in the carrier’s system.
