These items typically ship same day or next business day, once payment and order verification are complete.
Shipping Schedule

Made-to-Order & Personalized Jewelry
Some designer jewelry pieces are custom-made, personalized, or uniquely crafted for each client. These items will be clearly marked in the product description as “Made to Order.”
Made-to-order pieces may take approximately 3 to 6 weeks to complete before shipping, depending on the designer and level of customization.
We strongly encourage customers to review the product description carefully prior to purchase to understand estimated production and shipping timelines.
Designer Brand Availability Notice
For designer brands including Gabriel & Co., Verragio, Simon G., and Tacori:

If the product title includes “In-Store”, the item is currently in stock and will ship same day or next business day.

If “In-Store” is not indicated, please refer to the product description for production and shipping timelines, as the piece may be made to order.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected.
We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders. Free shipping applies to our regular ground shipping service.
For customers who prefer expedited delivery, we also offer additional shipping options at checkout, including services such as 2-Day Shipping and other upgraded delivery methods. The cost for expedited shipping will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
You will be able to review and select your preferred shipping option and see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your item is ready to ship, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package in real time.
Please allow a short processing period after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking updates to become active in the carrier’s system.
