"Out on a Limb" captures one of Frogman's most adventurous compositions - a single frog in a daring, perfectly balanced pose on a slender branch, frozen in a moment of graceful mid-air confidence. Tim Cotterill's signature ability to convey personality and movement through bronze is at its most expressive here: the frog's poised limbs, expressive eyes, and total composure speak to the same joyful spirit that has made Frogman sculptures beloved by collectors worldwide. The vibrant red and earthy tones of the frog's patina contrast beautifully with the green of the branch, and the glossy finish brings out every textural detail of the sculpture's surface.
