What does a twisted band construction add that a straight band cannot? A twisted band creates a continuous spiral motion along the shank - as the ring rotates naturally on the finger with daily wear, the twist means the diamond and metal surfaces catch light from constantly changing angles rather than a fixed plane. The result is a band that generates more varied and dynamic sparkle with movement than any straight band of equivalent diamond weight can achieve.
