What are kite-set princess bezels and why do they make the 973W so distinctive? Kite-set princess bezels orient a princess-cut diamond at a 45-degree angle within its bezel - rotated so its corners point north, south, east, and west rather than aligned squarely with the band. The rotation creates a diamond-on-point geometric motif that is completely different from the square orientation of standard princess settings. Combined with the round diamonds and Verragio's signature wraps, the kite-set bezels give the 973W a layered geometric complexity that makes it one of the most visually interesting wedding bands in the Renaissance collection.
